Prescription delivery just got an upgrade with Axys LTC.
The Cycle Fill Report now includes new options to help you review prescription changes before delivery. You can include supplemental and canceled prescriptions in the report, making it easier to identify additions, removals, and other changes within a cycle.
You can also print prescription alerts to get added visibility into cancellations, discontinued orders, and other important notifications.
With more information available in one place, you can spend less time reviewing scripts and more time delivering them.

More flexible workflow controls: A new Workflow Bypass option gives pharmacies greater control over when prescriptions enter workflow, with activity tracked in the Rx Security Journal.
More location-specific label settings: Multi-location pharmacies can now manage SIG Block, Image Block, and Drug Image Block printing options independently by store.
Expanded integration capabilities: New interfaces have been added for Sapphire EHR, Del Monte Assisted Living, IntelliVault, and LTLinx eMAR.
Improved automated dispensing support: A new “Do Not Substitute” option for PBA Health helps support accurate replenishment and reduce errors with robotic dispensing systems.

Medi-Cal Changes are Coming to California Pharmacies
California pharmacy claims requirements are changing.
Starting fall 2026, Medi-Cal Rx will require ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes on all pharmacy claims, including refills. Claims submitted without a diagnosis code will be denied and must be resubmitted.
Here’s what your pharmacy needs to do to stay compliant:
Start submitting ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes on claims now.*
Verify diagnosis codes match prescriber documentation.
Contact prescribers if diagnosis codes are missing.
*Medi-Call Rx accepts up to five ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes per pharmacy claim.
