| View in browser May 27, 2026 DeliveryTrack SP 6.4.0   A new version of DeliveryTrack is here, providing improved stability and performance along with important updates to help you manage your delivery process.    Mobile Application The 6.4.4 Mobile app is now available in both the iOS and Google Play stores. Desktop Application All services have been enhanced with async startup and mobile service with retry on startup when encountering SQL connection error(s).   Large database tables with older data can now be marked offline to improve data processing. Contact DeliveryTrack support at DeliveryTrackSupport@redsailtechnologies.com or call 833.REDSAIL for assistance setting this up. Vehicle Tracking Workspace Route UI elements will always be rendered, and waypoints will not be displayed if ShowActualWaypoints is not enabled. If enabled, waypoints will display location and time information when clicked. The completed time for finished stops will now be displayed in the planned route when this feature is turned on. Reports Workspace Delivery Manifest reports will now include a fill date column. DeliveryTrack Facility Portal Facility Portal access is now available on the DeliveryTrack application server. SEE AGENDA GET CONNECT TICKETS Standing Orders  We enhanced the Standing Orders functionality to streamline onboarding new facilities and their patients with standing orders. This includes creating a Standing Orders template for facilities or units, skipping Verification for item-type standing orders, and defining Fill/Bill-only options for patient standing orders.    Dashboard > Workflow Widget  A new “Dashboard only” role was added to the User record. This update allows the pharmacy to maintain a separate dashboard display for dashboard-only users that refreshes throughout the day and ensures that no PHI can be accessed from it.    Prescription Processing & Workflow    Label Queue  We added a multi-select checkbox column to the grid, allowing users to select multiple items for processing, with a “Select all” option when the header box is checked. Note: When filters are applied, “Select all” applies only to the current filter.    Package Queue  We enhanced the page layout of orders from the Package queue, focusing on fields mainly used by packaging technicians.    Quality Assurance Queue  We enhanced the page layout of orders from the Quality Assurance queue and updated fields and options relevant to completing the order’s QA check.    LTC Pharmacy Has a Visibility Problem.
