Standing Orders
We enhanced the Standing Orders functionality to streamline onboarding new facilities and their patients with standing orders. This includes creating a Standing Orders template for facilities or units, skipping Verification for item-type standing orders, and defining Fill/Bill-only options for patient standing orders.
Dashboard > Workflow Widget
A new “Dashboard only” role was added to the User record. This update allows the pharmacy to maintain a separate dashboard display for dashboard-only users that refreshes throughout the day and ensures that no PHI can be accessed from it.
Prescription Processing & Workflow
Label Queue
We added a multi-select checkbox column to the grid, allowing users to select multiple items for processing, with a “Select all” option when the header box is checked. Note: When filters are applied, “Select all” applies only to the current filter.
Package Queue
We enhanced the page layout of orders from the Package queue, focusing on fields mainly used by packaging technicians.
Quality Assurance Queue
We enhanced the page layout of orders from the Quality Assurance queue and updated fields and options relevant to completing the order’s QA check.
