| View in browser September 23, 2026  There are new updates and enhancements available within your platform.   InstantFill® Enhancements   Updated InstantFill options give users more control over which prescriptions areautomatically filled or manually processed.   Prescription Settings \> InstantFill  Added “Compound prescriptions” option Prescription \> Additional Details Added “Prevent InstantFill” option Item \> Inventory Type Added “Prevent InstantFill” option   The InstantFill validation errors were also updated to reflect these new options:  Fill Qty or Days Supply is zero Prescription excluded Item dispensed excluded Compound prescriptions excluded  Facility Forms   The previously combined “allergy/diagnosis” options within Medical Record Form (MAR, TAR, POF) \> Control Options have been split to give users more control in printing their forms.   The options now display: Print allergy ancillary orders in footer \> Suppress chart allergy records from printing in footer Print diagnosis ancillary orders in footer \> Suppress chart diagnosis records from printing in footer For POF only: Print overflow allergy records on right side of form For POF only: Print overflow diagnosis records on right side of form We’re always working behind the scenes to make PrimeCare even better. Here are the latest updates, available now:    Enhancements  Updated Interface program to include authorizations for Simphonic Care eMAR and Care Daraja eMAR interfaces Updated Interface program to update a component for Sapphire EHR  Fixes  Updated Rx Processing Tasks program to fix an issue with the Eligibility Response not returning the Contract ID or Rx Benefit Updated Rx Processing Tasks - Electronic Prescriptions - SureScripts programs to fix an issue that caused the Eligibility Response on the Patient's Insurance Record to be cleared after a claim was sent  Updated Rx Processing Tasks - Electronic Prescriptions - SureScripts programs to exclude Emdeon as the default provider for outgoing e-Prescribing messages  Updated Rx Processing Tasks - Electronic Prescriptions - SureScripts programs to fix an issue that caused a "DG Reason Code" to display on a Fill List Export  Updated Rx Processing Tasks program to prevent Rx Notes from being sent in RxFill Messages  We Want to See You at Connect 2027 The future of LTC won’t wait. Register now to lock in savings.    REGISTER NOW New DSCSA Requirements Are Coming to You Many LTC pharmacies are still working toward DSCSA compliance.    While the FDA has extended certain DSCSA exemptions for eligible small-dispensing pharmacies through November 27, 2027,\* we encourage you to start preparing for new DSCSA compliance requirements now.    These requirements include:  Pharmacy Global Location Number (GLN) Authorized Trading Partners (ex. - wholesaler/distributor) must be verified and documented Package Level Verification - verifying the serial numbers received to wholesaler/distributor records Receive and Store Tracing Information Manage Suspect and Illegitimate Products Quarantine areas for suspect and illegitimate product(s) Suspect product investigation to verify product is illegitimate Notify FDA using form 3911 within 24 hours, and notify supplier, of confirmed illegitimate product(s) Written DSCSA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)  Initial and Annual training of all employees on SOPs Annual review of SOPs to ensure accuracy  RedSail customers receive discounted pricing from DSCSA vendors, InfiniTrak and LSPedia.
