Delivery Queue
Users can now print delivery manifests without closing the tote, so they can begin packing the tote ahead of time. From the Delivery queue, users can select “Print Manifest Without Closing” from the Close & Print drop-down option. 

Payments
Save time from researching the patient’s associated guarantor when it is not under the patient’s name with the enhanced “Add Payment” functionality. From the Payments menu, you can automatically pull the default guarantor associated to the Patient or Invoice number selected.   

Resolution > Claim page
The Claim page has been updated with:  

• The grid's NDC column has been updated to display as a hyperlink to the item record that opens in a new tab.
• The grid’s Code column tooltip now includes multiple codes/descriptions and also additional messages.
• The "Fill History" advanced tooltip has been updated to display the "Service" column for the transaction's date of service.
• Updated the Claim Response Detail layout, including the Claim Response Header so users can quickly navigate through relevant information without scrolling.
