The latest NRx updates are here! Service Pack 52 enhancements are designed to bring more flexibility to your workflow. Highlights include:
New Price Plan Option to Auto Submit with Zero Copay: To follow guidance regarding MPPP claims, enables auto submissions when the primary insurance paid the full amount (copay is $0).
Product/Service Not Covered Secondary Auto Submission: If primary insurance rejects with code 70 or A5, automatically sends to secondary with an "other coverage" of 03.
2D Barcode Scanning: Added an option for manual input or override.
Ability to Save Delivery Note to Managed Report Options: Allows saving multiple different notes for future use across managed report options.
What's the Alternative to Heartland?
As of December 31, 2025, RedSail will no longer support Heartland payment processing for QS/1 customers. Instead, we encourage you to enroll in RedSail Pay.

Clinical+ is Coming to NRx
RedSail Technologies is excited to share a first update with QS/1 customers about Clinical+. This free tool will trigger in-workflow prompts to share education and adherence support with patients.
After installing SP 52, you may begin to see limited instances of Clinical+ prompts (e.g., for select drugs that are placed on hold during data entry). This initial functionality is part of a gradual, phased rollout that will continue into 2026.
No action is needed right now—any triggered prompts will contain additional details within the prompt itself. Future service packs will expand Clinical+ functionality, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated.
