That is why, as we look ahead to upcoming standards changes and the capabilities of other newer technologies, we’ve made the decision to discontinue the NRx platform by December 31, 2027. 

To ensure white glove service through every pharmacy's transition, we'll handle the migration in phases. Look for a personalized email that outlines your pharmacy’s migration timeline and next steps. Our team will guide data migration and onboarding to your choice of PioneerRx or BestRx—modern platforms with frequent updates and expanded integrations.

The latest NRx updates are coming soon! Service Pack 53 enhancements will help equip you for regulatory and industry changes. Highlights include: 

• MFP Changes: Added (and rolled back to SP 52) “Est. Refund” and “Actual Refund Paid” to the transaction, billing recap, and billing history. Also adjusted 835 files and revenue report. • Automatically Print Renewal Response: When processing a Renewal Response from mail scan or tickler, enables the system to automatically print a hard copy after Fill button is clicked (similar to NewRx).
  
  
• Wholesaler Reporting - Cencora PCD Report: Added a new Wholesaler History sub-menu option for "Date Filled (Cencora)." Each Wholesaler History option has its own list of data requirements. The report pulls all transactions from last 90 days.

Clinical+ is Coming to NRx February 12th

Clinical+ is a free tool that triggers in-workflow prompts to help you share affordability and adherence support with patients, and RedSail Technologies is excited to share this with QS/1 customers.

A few pharmacies may have already seen limited instances of Clinical+ prompts, but the official launch is tomorrow, February 12th.

No action is needed—any triggered prompts will contain additional details within the prompt itself.
