We have added a new report for failed SMS messages in the Message Center. The Failed SMSMessages Due to Landline or Opt-Out Report report is located at Patient > Message Center. This feature gives pharmacies a way to quickly review failed messages and potentially correct patient notification settings.

The PatientStatusTypeText field is now available on the Patient Master List report template. This addition will allow the pharmacy to provide the Patient Status on the existing Keystone HIE export without manual additions to accommodate the report requirements.
