So Long, 2020: Look How Far We’ve Come
As we reflect on this past year, it’s safe to say 2020 has been quite an adventure for all of us. Our team, as well as our customers and the communities they serve, have all overcome unique challenges. Despite the downs, there have also been many ups worth celebrating! PUBLIQ positives include:
We’ve adapted to remote work and are able to continue providing support and resources to our customers.
Before the COVID pandemic required us to connect remotely, we were able to meet with customers for two regional workshops – one in Texarkana, TX and one in Augusta, GA.
Although we didn’t get to meet in person this year at our annual conferences, technology saved the day and helped us host our Connecting the Virtual Dots Webinars.
We started the PUBLIQ Pulse Podcast to share more industry trends, news, and information.
Our Batch Operations department added more features to improve print and mail services, including increased processing speeds.
We’ve welcomed many new team members and are ending the year with a fully staffed Sales team, allowing us to expand into new territories.
Although full of surprises, this year has been a year of growth for PUBLIQ, and we’re ready to conquer 2021 as a team. As the year wraps up, let’s celebrate how far we’ve come with a look at our history.
