The Bosentan REMS Program will transition to a new system in June 2022. After 8:00 PM (ET) on June 24, your pharmacy will no longer receive a pre-dispense authorization (PDA) through the RelayHealth Intelligent Network (“switch”) or any other alternative switch. The Contact Center and the website will be unavailable beginning at 8:00 PM (ET) on Friday, June 24 through 8:00 AM (ET) on Monday, June 27. The new Bosentan REMS will go into effect on June 27.
To dispense prescriptions for Bosentan products, your pharmacy must: Obtain a Bosentan PDA for each outpatient prescription by logging into the Bosentan REMS Program website or by calling the Contact Center at 866.359.2612.
Prior to June 2022, your pharmacy should:
Educate staff involved in the dispensing of Bosentan about these changes.
Write down your Enrollment ID, which you can find within your profile in the current Bosentan REMS website. You need this information to verify your account upon first login to the new system.
