In December 2021, the iPLEDGE program will be updated to remove the Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy pharmacy network connectivity. This means pharmacies will not be able to get a Risk Management Authorization for isotretinoin through the switch. Pharmacies that dispense isotretinoin will only be able to get an RMA via the iPLEDGE Program website or the IVR system.

SLA and BAA Updates
RedSail continues to implement process improvements to further enhance your customer experience. As part of this effort, we want to update your existing Software License Agreement (SLA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure they remain compliant with the ever-changing healthcare regulatory landscape. This change will provide many benefits to you, including less paperwork going forward, easier processing, and automatic updates with new customer programs.
Note: You will have the option to opt out if any program no longer meets your needs.
If you haven’t already received an email request from OneSpan to sign the updated agreements, please complete this form to initiate the process.

Take eCare planning to the next level with the new cloud-based RedSail Patient Chart. This free tool integrates directly with NRx® and PrimeCare®, allowing you to log and track patient clinical findings such as lab and vital measurements, allergies, social history, and history of present illness. You will still use your PMS to view and update patients and generate new eCare Plans. You’re just being redirected to an internet browser window to document over time and then submit plans to CPESN® if your pharmacy has signed a CPESN Service Authorization form.
