Introducing RedSail Advantage™
Because we're committed to real, sustainable solutions for pharmacy’s future, we introduce the new RedSail Advantage program! This program features special offerings only available to customers.
To begin, we want to make it easier for you to offer clinical services and get reimbursed quickly. Through a partnership with OmniSYS®, we can help you bill for items covered under the medical benefit and optimize reimbursement for the immunizations, clinical services, DME, and specialty drugs you provide to patients.
For a limited time, we're presenting customers with an exclusive promotion: No set-up fee! Just use promo code EXCLUSIVE20. (The offer expires September 30, 2020, and cannot be combined with any other offer.)
QS/1 released Service Pack 19.1.32 for its pharmacy management systems. We encourage you to download and install it at your earliest convenience to receive the latest software enhancements. Here is a sample of what is included:
DeliveryTrack® New Features Updated the system to provide more specialization for delivery setup and robust capability for sending Delivery Sheets to DeliveryTrack.
Quick Tips for Setup/Use of DeliveryTrack:
Automate Batching must be turned on in Store Options > System to use the new delivery features.
If Automate Batching is turned on: Orders display on the Assign Tote screen as soon as they are entered. The Rx Number field displays the status of the order similar to the way it does in the Batch scan.
One route must be added for the Delivery button to display under Rx Processing Tasks.
DeliveryTrack must be authorized to use the Resubmit and Reopen features.
A Delivery Schedule must be attached to a Delivery Route in order for the route to display on the facility as an option.
To perform a delete function on any of the new screens for Routes, Stops, and Schedules, rename or replace them.
Compound Name for Reports The File Choice Tx Drug Name has been added to the Rx Tx File in Customized Report Options. Use this option to print the Rx Drug Name (the actual name of the compound). The Tx Drug Name is updated for existing compound transactions when the Service Pack is downloaded.
Specific Drug Scan Added the choice of which Drug Scan to use when changing a generic or brand drug during Workflow. Added links, Change Drug and Change Generic, to the Verify Prescription screen in Label and Dispensing and Quality Assurance checks.
The same links are also available if there is no match on the NDC.
Optional eRx Display Made the choice available for whether to view eRX information from the Label/Dispensing and Quality Assurance queues.
The Display eRx Info option has been added to Facility Management > Workflow Options > Control Options (Label and Dispensing and Quality Assurance checks) > Display Options section. Default = Y if Label/Dispensing and/or the Quality Assurance queues are turned on.
We encourage you to take advantage of the many online resources when new features are released. Click on any of the products to discover what's new in Service Pack 19.1.32:
