It allows pharmacies to easily update phone scripts, see call analytics, and eliminate outdated hardware. For a limited time, current PrimeCare® IVR customers pay no fee to switch. As part of this effort, we want to update your existing Software License Agreement (SLA) and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure they remain compliant with the ever-changing healthcare regulatory landscape.
