The Long-Term Care Pharmacy Definition Act of 2021 was introduced in the Senate on May 12, 2021, defining LTC pharmacies as especially qualified to provide enhanced pharmacy and clinical services to patients with medically complex chronic conditions who rely extensively on prescription drugs to improve their health and quality of life.
