Introducing RedSail Advantage™ – Exclusive for Our Customers
Because we're committed to real, sustainable solutions for pharmacy’s future, we introduce the new RedSail Advantage program! This program features special offerings only available to customers.
To begin, we want to make it easier for you to offer clinical services and get reimbursed quickly. Through a partnership with OmniSYS®, we can help you bill for items covered under the medical benefit and optimize reimbursement for the immunizations, clinical services, DME, and specialty drugs you provide to patients.
For a limited time, we're presenting customers with an exclusive promotion: No setup fee! Just use promo code DOWNLOAD2020 to waive your setup fee for the OmniSYS Clinical Services Program. The offer expires September 30, 2020, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
And join David Pope, Pharm, CDE, Chief Innovation Officer - OmniSYS®, for a two-part series on Pharmacy Billing for Clinical Services during our iQ Virtual Series 2 sessions on August 12 and 19.

Mediprocity®: Instant Communication
Need secure, compliant instant communication? There’s an app for that: Mediprocity. Streamline your pharmacy’s clinical communication with healthcare providers and optimize workflow efficiency with DocuTrack® integration.
“We are focused on the LTC market. Period,” said Mason Rothert, CEO and co-founder of Mediprocity. “And probably the best customer service you can find.”
Rothert is excited about several new services, including multi-user accounts. Multi-user accounts were built specifically for long-term care pharmacies based on customer feedback. This new feature allows for a single touch point in the pharmacy or facility, while the requests can be triaged, assigned, tracked, and worked on by an individual within a designated user group. Work can be completed on a desktop or on the go with an app on a smartphone or tablet.
Another service, SureSent Orders, eliminates the need for a verbal call to a provider, or spending time chasing faxes, while turning a smartphone into a fax machine. Secure communication can be sent straight to the doctor for review, who can fill out an order form, use a mobile device with the app to scan, and send straight into DocuTrack.
“We have a great integration with Mediprocity,” said Brenda Bonnema, Integra’s product manager for DocuTrack, QDM, and eRx Module. “Having HIPAA-secure text messaging improves communication with nurses and physicians, reducing the response time for prescriptions.”
“We have many years of partnership and are committed to DocuTrack,” Rothert said. “And we have some exciting things on the horizon.”
