This option will assign the priority for all cycle Rxs at the time they are processed.   These new options allow pharmacies to easily specify priority for prescriptions processed in the patient's cycle.   + RedSail Advantage Dashboard Now Available The new RedSail Advantage Dashboard is now available through our Analysis tab! This dashboard will allow PioneerRx users to learn about RedSail Advantage programs that are currently available and help the pharmacy analyze current program performance.   + Add Patient Name and Rx Number to Sale Detail Discount by Discount Reason The PatientFullNameFirstThenLastPreferred and RxNumber data fields are now available on the Sale Detail Discount by Discount Reason report template. Neither of these data fields will appear on any report by default and must be manually added via the Report Designer if required.   These fields will help the pharmacy have a more complete record of point-of-sale discounts on prescription item transactions.   + Attention: Microsoft End of Life Microsoft ended support for SQL 2012 R2 on July 12, 2022, and ended Windows Server 2012 R2 on October 10, 2023. RedSail has only certified products on Windows Server 2012 when used in conjunction with SQL Server 2012 R2. The organizing group is calling themselves the “Pharmacy Guild.” The move comes on the heels of scattered walkouts across the nation to protest poor working conditions within pharmacies. The pharmacy was severely understaffed, leading to a closed counter, unshelved stock, and customers enduring long drive-through lines, sometimes over an hour, with some patients not receiving their medications at all.
