The order of Procedure Modifier Codes will now remain in the order they appear when the Rx is saved.
For pharmacies that bill Medicare Part B, having the Procedure Modifier Codes submit to the insurance in a certain order is vital. This will help ensure pharmacies submit the codes in the correct order resulting in paid claims.
Add Delivery Address to Print Queue
The Patient Delivery Address column is now available on the Print Queue grid layouts at Workflow > Print Queue.
Adding the Delivery Method, Delivery Zone, and Delivery Address to this queue allows the pharmacy to consider delivery details when prioritizing workflow.
Add RedSail Advantage Care Goal for AIRSUPRA
A new AIRSUPRA New Patient Support Services Care Goal is now available! This Care Goal is intended to provide an alert to consult the patient at the Point of Sale to educate patients that are receiving their first fill of an AIRSUPRA item.

Added Claim Response Monitor
The Claim Response Monitor has been added to the Mega Menu to allow users to efficiently keep track of claim responses after claims are submitted or a user resubmits a claim. The Claim Response Monitor opens in a new window and the user has options to include paid and/or canceled claims to the list and limit the display to the current user’s task. Note: The claims displayed are limited to responses within the last 24 hours.
Enhanced Cycle Fill Processing
Added the ability to edit the delivery schedule after the cycle fill has been created or generated. On the Cycle Fill workspace, the “Edit delivery schedule” has been added as a split menu option of the Submit to Workflow button.
Enhanced Billing Resolution for Claims
From Billing Resolution > Claims, when the user opens a claim, the Remove Task button has been added to allow users to enter a note and remove the claim task from the Billing Resolution queue. Note: Permission is required, under Queue Actions > Remove Billing Resolution Claim Task, to use this function.
Enhanced Label Queue
The following updates were added to the Label queue:
Added a new Batch Label Reprint feature. A Reprint toggle page from the Label queue was added so that users can efficiently reprint multiple labels for orders currently in the workflow without manually going into each fill record. Users can set the number of copies, template, and the printer to use during reprint.
The Alerts column has replaced the Pended column in the grid and now has options to filter for Print error, Automation error, Pended, Automation pending, and Automation items. The Alerts column will display icons for each applicable alert and may be used for other future order statuses.
Note: Fills that are both true for Automation and Bypass label workflow will automatically move through this workflow step
