Patient Price Thresholds: You can now set patient-level price thresholds for both copay and non-copay charges, and the system will alert you whenever a patient’s threshold is exceeded. If both patient-level and facility-level thresholds are in use, the patient-level setting will take priority to ensure accurate billing.
Finance Charges: You can now define finance charges as either a percentage or flat fee, and decide whether those charges apply to individual guarantors, organizational guarantors, or both. For more precision, a guarantor-level toggle lets you enable or disable finance charges for specific accounts.
