AxysLTC New Features

Wondering what’s happening with the next generation of LTC pharmacy software? Here are the latest product updates:

  • Enhanced Prescription Transfers: Print or fax multiple prescription transfers, either by combining all prescriptions onto one page or printing each transfer on its own page.

  • Expanded Pricing Formula Options: We’ve added “Supply,” “Vaccine,” and “Opioid” to the pricing formula rule’s Condition > When options. This means you can set unique fees for items such as vaccines heading into flu season.

  • Updated SIG Requirement: When the SIG’s quantity per day is blank or zero and customer-friendly directions are entered, the Edit Sig Values button will now display a warning color that prompts staff review.

  • Enhanced Order Entry & Processing: If the dispensed item is tied to an active SIG code, the system will now auto-populate the corresponding SIG field, along with any HOAs linked to that SIG. (SIG-linked HOAs take priority over item-only HOAs.). The Price tooltip now displays the pricing formula name, rule rank, rule, and calculation details so you get full visibility into how prices are determined.
