+Care Action Method Update for In Pharmacy Workflow – Data Entry and Check Station
The Care Action Method option titled In Pharmacy - POS has been enhanced to In Pharmacy - Workflow.
Care Actions can now be addressed earlier in workflow such as Data Entry to call patients and counsel on suggestions for medication changes or suggesting a flu shot before the patient has reached the point of checkout.
+Add Home Pharmacy as Patient Auto Category Filter Type
The Home Pharmacy field is now an available Patient Auto Category Filter Type.
This will allow pharmacies to tailor reports and analysis as well as create notification texts based on the Home Pharmacy selection on the patient profile.
+Add Exclude From MAR Type to All Workflow Queues
The Exclude From MAR type has been added to all workflow queues.
This will help the pharmacy team better prepare workflow orders for adherence packaging.

+Added the Ability to Process Manual Reconciliation Payment Towards Multiple Guarantors
From Payments > Manual Reconciliation, added the ability to process one payment applied to more than one guarantor record for increased workflow efficiency. This allows the pharmacy to post one payment for a check that covers charges posted to several different guarantors rather than create multiple payments where they would have to determine the amount for each guarantor manually.
+Enhanced Clinical Warning Information
The Clinical Warnings in orders have been updated to include a tooltip for the item’s monograph. When a user clicks the tooltip, the corresponding monograph will display.
