PRODUCT NEWS & FEATURES
+Add Cost Column to Shelf Management Grid
Preferred Cost is now a column on the Shelf Management grid located at Inventory > Shelf Management.
This will help pharmacies quickly review cost information prior to reprinting shelf labels with updated prices.
+Add LabelPrintedBy to Rx Audit
The LabelPrintedBy workflow step will now be included within Rx Audit found at Edit Rx > Rx Audit.
Users can now use RxAudit to review workflow, including which employee printed a label along with the timestamp for the action.
+Added Document Association for Facility Item Orders
Document association using DocuTrack is now available for facility item orders.
Enhanced Dashboard > Workflow Widget
The following has been added to the Workflow widget on the Dashboard:
Added the date, cycle fill, and facility filters
Added the Pended tasks count for each workflow queue when available
Enhanced Cycle Fill for Orders with Multiple SIGs
Added the ability to include/exclude each SIG for cycle fill on orders with multi-SIGs. During Order Entry or edit mode on Verification, when any SIG’s Cycle Fill checkbox is changed (checked or unchecked), the system will recalculate the up-to-cycle quantity based on its start and end dates.
When cycle fills are exported to a compliance device, the Compliance Export has been updated to exclude doses for SIGs that are not indicated as Cycle Fill on the orders.
