XCOPRI® Refill Support through RedSail Advantage

XCOPRI® Refill Support through RedSail Advantage

 

RedSail Advantage has partnered with SK Life Science to further expand our patient support offerings around the medication XCOPRI. The program begins Tuesday, July 2, 2024, and involves newly designed alerts to the pharmacy to ease identification of patients’ XCOPRI refill status and prevent lapses in therapy.

 

If you have previously filled prescriptions for XCOPRI, a system-generated care goal will automatically be created with instructions for reviewing and following up on the patient’s XCOPRI refill status. The care goal will be triggered within a window of 7 days before the XCOPRI refill is due (for patients already refilling another prescription) through 14 days after a missed XCOPRI refill.

 

If you wish to opt out, please use this form by June 25. When the program launches, you may inactivate in your system by following the instructions here.

+ Add Patient Contact Options Columns to Rx Search Grid

The Patient Do Not Phone, Patient Do Not Email, Patient Do Not Fax, Patient Do Not Text, and Patient Do Not Mail columns are now available on the Rx Transaction Search results grid view for Expanded, Expanded with Comments, and Expanded Financial search views.

 

Adding these patient contact preferences to the results grid will help pharmacies easily see patients that have requested not to be contacted to keep a healthy rapport.

 

+ Add Days Supply and IngredientCostSubmitted to Rx Transaction Sales Detail by Submission Type Reports

The DaysSupply and IngredientCostSubmitted data fields are now available on the Rx Transaction Sales Detail By Submission Type report template.

 

These additional fields will provide additional context to the claim details on the Rx Transaction Sales reports. This can help better understand differences in reimbursement when comparing claims.

 

+ Add Pickup ID Fields to Sale Delivery Report Template

The IdentificationInfo, RxPickedUpByIdentificationIssuingState, RxPickedUpByExpirationDate, RxPickedUpByIdentificationTypeText, and RxPickedUpByIdentificationNumber data fields are now available on the Sale Delivery Report and Sale Delivery Report by Delivery Zone report templates.

 

Adding these fields to the Sale Delivery Report template will allow the pharmacy to quickly review the ID provided at the transaction for internal/external audit.

+ Added Workflow Queue Counter on the Sidebar

Added the ability to determine the number of tasks in a queue and display the count in real-time on the pinned queues on the sidebar.

 

+ Added Item Utilization Report

Added the Item Utilization Report to provide a list of items that were dispensed by the pharmacy, helping them identify the most (or least) dispensed items by Rx count, Fill Qty, Total ACQ, and other financial metrics.

 

+ Added Prescription Hyperlink in Clinical Warnings

When an item on the patient's Rx profile causes a clinical warning, a hyperlink for "<Rx number> <Item dispensed description> <fill date>" in Clinical Warnings displays. This enables the user to quickly identify the concern and go to the related prescription using the hyperlink if needed.
