The Primary Received Edi Accumulated Deductible Amount, Primary Received Edi Remaining Deductible Amount, and Primary Received Edi Amount Applied to Periodic Deductible data fields are now available on the Rx Transaction Search Expanded, Expanded with Comments, and Financial grid layouts.
Add Call When Ready Filter to Patient Advanced Search
A new Search Filter for the Call When Ready data field is now available on the Patient Advanced Search.
Your pharmacy can generate a list of patients who meet specific criteria, including the option to Call When Ready. It can also assign a custom Care Goal from the Actions Menu to consult your patient on moving to SMS Notifications.
Update to Procedure Modifier Code Area
A new Medical Billing area is available at Location > My Location > Rx Options > Medical Billing.
When entering a Procedure Modifier Code for a claim submission, the user can search for a specific code, choose from the list of codes active in the location options, or select a predefined group of codes.

Enhanced Test Claims Feature
The recently added Test Claims feature has been further enhanced with the ability to resubmit when a test claim is rejected. If the test claim requires a DUR or a claim code, the user can now quickly edit the details, save, and resubmit the claim.
Enhanced Workflow Queues
The following updates were completed to enhance the workflow process:
Delivery queue – added "Physical totes only" filter checkbox
Intake queue – updated the Type column with a list filter, instead of free text option
Enhanced Workflow Dashboard
New enhancements have been added to the Workflow Dashboard to increase user efficiency:
Added click functionality to the bar charts to display the selected workflow grid below
Added the ability to return workflow records, per workflow queue, based on the selected filters within the Workflow > Date and Delivery Run drill-downs
Enhanced Cycle Fill Preview
Sort and filter options have been added to the Cycle Fill preview screen, including additional columns for:
Anniversary Cycles – new Estimated Refill column
Anniversary and Calendar Cycles – new NDC, Item Status, PRN, Dose Amount, Daily Frequency, Quantity per Day, and Set Fill columns
