+ Add Patient Category Filter to A/R Account Search
The Patient Category search filter is now available in the Advanced Account Search area! Using this filter to narrow search results will also be reflected in the reports accessed from this area.
A pharmacy may use a Category group of specific patients, such as patients using a specific pay method. Patient categories can be used as search criteria for various Patient and Rx Transaction analyses. The Patient Category filter addition to the Account Search area allows consistent search and report functionality across multiple areas of the software.
+ Add Satisfied By to Prescription IOU Report
The SatisfiedByFullNameFirstThenLast field is now available on the Prescription IOU Report template.
Your pharmacy may use the IOU Full Report to analyze their IOU workflow completions. Adding the SatisfiedByFullNameFirstThenLast field will allow the pharmacy to quickly reference the team member who completed a given IOU.
+ Add NetProfitPercentageReportTotal and GrossProfitPercentageReportTotal Fields to Rx Summary By Month Report Template
The NetProfitPercentageReportTotal and GrossProfitPercentageReportTotal data fields have been added to the Rx Summary By Month Report template. These data fields will not appear on any reports by default and must be manually added via the Report Designer if required.
The pharmacy may run the Rx Summary By Month Report for monthly comparisons of transactions. Adding the Net Profit Percentage and Gross Profit Percentage to the report will provide a more accurate profit analysis.
