+ Add Checked on Date to Fill History Grid
The Checked On column is now available on the Rx Fill History grid. This column will not be on any views by default and must be manually added via the Column Chooser if required.
This addition will allow the pharmacy to quickly verify workflow steps including Date Filled, Date Checked, and Date Completed within the Rx Fill History grid.
+ Add Needs Review as Filter for Compound and Rx Item Categories
Needs Review is now available as a Category Auto Filter on the Rx Item, Retail Item, and Compound Items fields. The value Yes/No will be based on the Needs Review flag located on the Item profile Common tab.
Creating categories is done by navigating to System > Category > Choose Category Scope > New.
This will allow pharmacies to create custom Rx Edits to trigger at data entry for technicians to review the item profile details before proceeding with workflow. This can help identify common issues such as incorrect package size or compound details that may result in pricing issues.
+ Add New Patient Information Verification Options at Sig Pad
We have added a Prompt Patient To Verify Contact Info location option. Currently, the prompt is Random 180 Days & New Patient, which will be the default option moving forward. This is located at Location > My Location > POS Options > Rx Tab > Prompt Patient to Verify Contact Info.
This will allow pharmacies more control over when and how often patients see the prompt to ensure up-to-date patient information.
