+ Add EOHAllInventoryGroups and RxOnHandQuantity to Recommended Order Templates
The EOHAllInventoryGroups and RxOnHandQuantity data fields are now available on the Recommended Order By Inventory Group Type and Cost, Recommended Order By Item Name, and Recommend Order by Supplier Name templates. These data fields will not appear on any reports by default and must be manually added via the Report Designer if required.
When ordering for multiple inventory groups, it can be helpful to review the total inventory regardless of the inventory group. This can help identify ordering and receiving errors where items should be transferred to the correct inventory group rather than reordered.
+ Add Prescribed Quantity, Last Dispensed Quantity, Last Dispensed Days Supply to Rx Edit Grid View
The Prescribed Quantity, Last Dispensed Quantity, and Last Dispensed Days Supply data fields are now available in the Rx Edit Grid View. This can be found by navigating to Rx > Rx Edit. These columns will not appear on any grid layouts by default and must be manually added via the Column Chooser if required.
Adding these fields to the Rx Edit screen will help the pharmacy quickly identify differences between the current fill and the last fill. This can help the team efficiently troubleshoot and resolve Rx Edits.
+ Add Brand/Generic Search Filter to the Inventory Worksheet
We have updated the Inventory Worksheet work area! A Brand/Generic search filter is now available at Inventory > Inventory Worksheet. This will allow employees to search for brand, generic, or compound items similar to how it is shown on the Rx Item search filter.
This addition to the filters will allow pharmacies to focus inventory counts on brand and generic items independently.
