+ Add Scanned Signature History

A new Signature History field has been added for sales transactions using the Receipt Post Scan option at Sale > Receipt Post Scan. This work area allows the user to scan a signed paper receipt from a sale or delivery back into the system for quick reference. Previous functionality of this work area would overwrite the initial scanned receipt if the pharmacy repeats the Receipt Post Scan process.

When the staff is adding signature receipts from a delivery route, the system would previously overwrite any existing images for that receipt. This potentially could remove important notifications from an integrated shipper. The new functionality will ensure that existing images are accessible in the system despite updated image addition or user error at Receipt Post Scan.

+ New Location Option for POS Care Action Completion Prompts

The Display Care Action at POS location option is now available! This new option will allow the pharmacy to specify when a Care Action with the Method: In Pharmacy - POS will open the dialogue during the sale transaction. This option will allow the pharmacy to only open the Care Action Completion at the point of sale when the patient is present to complete the action. When processing a prescription order for delivery, the point of sale team would not be prompted to complete a patient-focused care action.

+ Universal Consultant Export

Universal Consultant Data export meets consultant services needs for pharmacies serving nursing homes. The data consists of current medication activity and non-drug order information. A file is created, transferred, and then uploaded to the consultant software system.

+ Renewal Request Settings

Override Renewal Requests for individual Facility Units with Renewal Request override-setting fields and functionality.

+ Immunization Patient Tasks

Optimize control over how you create Immunization Patient Tasks in Axys. We have added a Generate patient task for new immunization orders checkbox to the Immunization section via Record Definition > Patient Chart. We also added a Create immunization record task checkbox to Order Entry, Verification, and Rx Refill.

+ Attention: Microsoft End of Life

Microsoft ended support for SQL 2012 R2 on July 12, 2022 and will be ending Windows Server 2012 R2 on October 10, 2023. Integra has only certified products on Windows Server 2012 when used in conjunction with SQL Server 2012 R2. To upgrade to the latest supported versions, please call Support at 866.720.6846.
