The Label Printed On field has been added as an available column to the Rx Profile. This field will not be on any views by default and must be manually added if needed. This field will display the Date and Time that the label was printed and will match what is seen on the Rx Transaction Advanced Search Grid > Expanded View for the Label Printed On field.
When a patient calls to check on their prescription order, the pharmacy team member may review the Rx Profile to see prescription availability and workflow status. Verifying when the label was printed can give some insight into when the prescription may move through the workflow.

+Enhanced Item Ordered Lookup
We have added NDC search capability to the Item ordered field on Order Entry.
The ability to search by NDC provides efficiency and flexibility to pharmacies when adding medications to prescriptions during Order Entry.
+Added Common Brand Names to Item Record
We have added the Common Brand Names field to the General Information section of the Item Record. The field is updated by First Databank (FDB) which contains a list of common brand and generic names for the item. The item’s brand name prints on the label.
The update ensures pharmacies are compliant with the California and Indiana prescription label requirements to print the brand name of items on labels if dispensing generic items.
