+Add Preferred Name to Prescription Renewal Request
The PatientFullNameLastThenFirstPreferred and PatientFullNameFirstThenLastPreferred fields are now available on the Prescription Renewal Request report template.
This will allow pharmacies to include the patient's legal and preferred name in their renewal requests to help easily identify the patient.
+Add Facility Address Fields to Prescription Label Template
New Facility Address fields have been added to the Prescription Label and Back Tag Label report templates. Pharmacies can reference the patient's facility information when preparing prescriptions for pick up or delivery.
+Add Prescriber NPI to Fill Request Grid
The Prescriber NPI column is now available on the Fill Request Queue grid located under Workflow > Request and Todo List > Priority Fill Requests.
This will allow pharmacies to sort and review fill requests by the Prescriber's NPI.

Microsoft ended support for SQL 2012 R2 on July 12, 2022, and will be ending Windows Server 2012 R2 on October 10, 2023. Attorney General Anne Lopez filed a lawsuit on behalf of the State of Hawaii against CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, and OptumRx, the largest PBMs that serve hundreds of thousands of Hawaii residents. The partially redacted complaint alleges that PBMs deceptively represent that they lower drug costs.
