+ Add Dispensed Item BOH to Rx Grid Profile Grid View

The Dispensed Item BOH column is now available on the Rx Profile display grid. This column will not be on any views by default and can be manually added if needed. The value will match what is seen on Edit Item > Common tab > Inventory tab > BOH for the given inventory group of the latest transaction.

This will allow team members to quickly verify stock levels during a call-in refill request. This can help better manage patient expectations for pickup times on out-of-stock prescription items.

+ Add EVoucher Present Field to Audit Rx for Pay Plan and Audit Rx for Pay Plan By Date Report Templates

EVoucherPresent is now an available field on the Audit Rx For Pay Plan and Audit Rx for Pay Plan By Date report templates. This field will not be on any reports by default and will have to be manually added if needed.

To generate these reports, navigate to Rx tab > Rx Advanced Search > Enter Search Criteria > Reports.

This field addition will provide a more complete view of the prescription reimbursement details without reviewing the claim information for prescriptions individually.

+ Add Primary Payer Type to Rx Totals Reports

PrimaryThirdPartyPayerType is now an available bound field on the report templates listed below. This field is meant to be placed in the details section of the Drug Log or Narcotics Log report and shows the primary third-party payer type that is seen on Edit Third Party > Common tab > Plan Type with it defaulting to "Cash" if there is no third party.

This feature allows pharmacies to add fields such as the Primary Third Party Name and Primary Third Party Plan Type to their Drug Log to provide more insight into their daily prescription volume.
